INDIVIDUAL fee: US$ 45.00 (Forty-five dollars).

FAMILY GROUP fee US$ 45.00 first subscription and US$ 25.00 each additional family member

(is considered "family" to the members of the same family that depends of the same income, example: mother, father and son / father, son and daugther).

*To all US citizens after purchasing your round trip ticket you will need to appear at the nearest Brazilian consulate with ticket, passport and consulate fee in hand to get your visa; there is a 24 hour wait for your visa.

- Don’t leave any blank fields; all data is extremely important;

Payment Date

- THE PAYMENT MUST BE DONE AT THE NEAREST CENTRAL SCHOOL OF YOUR CITY.
- The responsible master of the central school must send an e-mail for the Open Classes organization of Brazil with the list of all the students that made the payment (aulas@pakua.com)
- It is necessary to present your proof of payment of the event to receive your name tag. Without proof of payment it may be necessary to pay again.

HOTEL RESERVATION:

The solicitation of the Hotel reservation made in this form, will not confirm the reservation in the Hotel and Room chosen. This will be confirmed via email or telephone after we have confirmed with the hotel. Since Rio de Janeiro is a big tourist city, it is impossible for us, to keep the reservations of all the hotels / Rooms announced for the International Open Classes. If you have any problems with your reservation, we will try to host you in another Hotel or refund your payment.
